Cardio Tennis Cardio Tennis is designed to workout and get fit on the tennis court. The class is high paced and involves constant moving. The main focus of the clinic is fitness. Participants will improve their stamina, speed, strength and flexibility. Expect a great workout, lots of hitting, constant motion, and a great variety of fitness activities.

SHORT GAME CLUB Tuesdays, 9:00 starting on June 6
Tuesday through Friday during the weeks of July 18 through August 9. The children will receive an hour of tennis and an hour of golf instruction each day and there will be a snack lunch available at the end of each morning.
